With over 15 years of human resources experience, Doreen provides organizations, associations, and other groups with strategic and practical take-a-ways to become better managers, better leaders, and stronger contributors to the strategic goals and objectives of the organization. Doreen’s interactive RADICAL Management Programs provide companies the necessary skills to help their managers thrive in the areas of assertive communication, managing conflict, positive employee relations and full cycle performance management.

As a professional and personal coach, Doreen works one-on-one, and in small groups, to assist individuals in defining and clarifying goals, gaining greater insight into reaching career milestones, improving professional and personal relationships, and creating more fulfillment and balance at work and in life.

Doreen is an adjunct professor and the host of a weekly, live radio show on the VoiceAmerica network. She received her undergraduate degree from Spelman College, her M.S. in Conflict Negotiation and Conflict Management from the University of Baltimore, and her coaching certificate from The Coaches Training Institute.
